## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various carpentry tasks and possess a strong work ethic.
## Duties
- Perform carpentry work such as joinery, fabrication, and masonry
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard
- Build frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding
- Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall, and other materials
- Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or props using hand tools and wood screws
- Paint surfaces as required
- Undertake roof repair work
- Perform heavy lifting tasks when necessary
- Basic electrical work may be required
## Skills
- Proficient in carpentry techniques and tools
- Strong knowledge of woodworking materials
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools effectively
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £170.00-£200.00 per day
Experience:
- Joinery: 10 years (preferred)
- Carpentry: 10 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
