Duties

- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
- Ensure excellent phone etiquette when engaging with clients and prospects.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that support sales objectives.
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within retail or sales environments, with a focus on team supervision.
- Demonstrable experience in sales management, including developing strategies and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in merchandising, organisational skills, and time management are essential for success in this role.
- Previous retail management experience is preferred but not mandatory if accompanied by strong leadership credentials.
- Administrative experience with proficiency in organising schedules, reports, and documentation.
