A fantastic opportunity for Chefs de Partie to learn new skills and progress to rosette standard cooking. Multiple chef de partie positions are available at a renowned small town hotel with a great reputation for high quality dining.
The hotel's fine dining restaurant serves modern British, seasonal dishes from the à la carte menu prepared to two AA Rosette standard and pushing for 3 Rosettes. There is also a separate less formal restaurant serving fresh food throughout the day, and a bar snack menu with simpler dishes.
As a Chef de Partie, you'll join a team of 12 chefs and have the opportunity to learn fine dining skills to progress to cooking for the à la carte restaurant.
Requirements:
- Chefs de partie who have recently been working in Rosette standard venues for a minimum of 2 years (required for the fine dining restaurant)
- Chefs de partie with proven experience in fresh food establishments who have good all-round skills and can work on any section in the kitchen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen, as the hotel is very busy during holiday periods
