Your Role in Our Journey
Creativity and care sit at the very heart of our business. Supporting the Production Manager, you will help nurture our team's creative minds and ensure our daily production targets are met with a spirited energy.
- Support and guide: Assist with team organisation to ensure maximum efficiency, bringing an optimistic approach to daily challenges.
- Connect openly: Communicate daily action plans with the Manager and liaise with other departments, remaining upfront, clear, and receptive to feedback.
- Deliver joy: Ensure all personalised orders are dispatched on time and to a high standard, directly contributing to joyful moments for our customers.
- Nurture talent: Champion our staff by assisting with interviews, team inductions, training schedules, and back-to-work meetings.
- Maintain our workspace: Keep machine rotas up to date, monitor engraving equipment, replenish stock alongside our Stock Specialist, and uphold the health, safety, and security of the department.
