Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of burger options and pub-style dishes with precision and flair
- Ensure all food is prepared according to established recipes, standards, and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations at all times
- Assist in meal preparation during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking to management
- Serve dishes to guests with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Follow all health and safety procedures to uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or pub setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
- Hands-on experience with meal preparation, especially in creating burgers or similar pub fare
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving guests and maintaining quality standards
- Previous kitchen experience that demonstrates efficiency, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality food presentation
