British Garden Centres is the UK’s largest family owned garden centre group, with 80 centres nationwide. Founded by the Stubbs family, the business has grown rapidly through significant expansion and acquisitions, evolving from its first site at Woodthorpe Garden Centre into a national brand.
We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic personality with the ability to laugh and sing and dance all the way until Christmas.
To work seamlessly long side Santa Claus.
Must have exceptional communication skills and be able to engage with children of all ages.
Listen to children’s wishes and stories.
Add drama to our grotto story which creates a magical and memorable visit.
Being able to sit, stand and dance for long periods of time during our peak grotto hours.
Maintain an open and friendly posture for photos opportunities.
You will be helping Santa to give out the presents to the children.
Mrs Claus Requirements:
A warm enthusiastic personality
Exceptional communication skills
Outstanding customer service
Have stage presence and showmanship.
Attention to detail.
Being able to sit, stand and dance for long periods of time during our peak grotto hours.
Maintain an open and friendly posture for photos opportunities.
You will have superb customer service skills
Acting or entertainment skills would also be advantageous
You will be responsible for handling money
Able to work under pressure
Interaction with Santa and the children
