Our independent veterinary clinic in Ormesby, Middlesbrough is almost a year old, and we are now looking to expand our customer care team. We're looking for a friendly, compassionate receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Greeting clients and their pets with a friendly, reassuring presence
* Managing appointments and maintaining the diary system
* Handling client queries both in person, over the phone and via email with empathy and professionalism
* Assisting with administrative tasks to help keep the practice running smoothly
* Supporting the clinical team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent communication skills
* A calm and compassionate nature, especially in sensitive or emotional situations
* Organisation and efficiency with good attention to detail
* Previous receptionist or customer service experience in a healthcare setting
* A genuine love of animals and desire to be part of a caring and close-knit team

Hours, schedule and pay:
* We are looking for a part time receptionist who is able to work Monday and Tuesday 8:30am to 6:30pm as well as every third Saturday 9am to 12pm (totalling 20 hours per week)
* We offer 6.6 weeks holiday pro rota inclusive of bank holidays
* We are a real living wage employer
Pay: £13.50 per hour
