Are you an experienced recruiter looking for an exciting and diverse role within a growing organisation? SCGMS is on the hunt for a passionate and driven Internal Recruiter to join our Head Office team right here in Blackburn.
This is a cracking opportunity to play a pivotal role in our continued success, recruiting across a broad spectrum of positions. You'll be bringing in folks for our Head Office, dedicated Care Staff for our Supported Living Services, and brilliant Education Staff (Teachers and Teaching Assistants) for our school.
What you'll get stuck into:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and screening to managing offers.
- Working closely with hiring managers across all departments to get a handle on their needs and cook up effective recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing and attracting top talent using all sorts of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conducting interviews and assessments, making sure everyone has a positive experience.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent for now and in the future.
- Contributing to making our recruitment processes and employer brand even better.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally with a bit of a mixed bag of roles under your belt.
- Cracking communication and interpersonal skills, able to build a good rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Top-notch organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach, someone who gets things done.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) would be a bonus.
- A genuine passion for finding the right people and making a real difference.
