Job Summary:
Navy Corporate Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Corporate Secretariat Manager to manage corporate governance administration and provide structured support for formal company meetings, decisions, and records. The role will help ensure important corporate actions are properly organised, documented, communicated, and maintained within the organisation’s governance framework.
What You'll Do:
- Manage corporate secretariat activities and governance administration
- Coordinate board, committee, and other formal corporate meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, papers, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Record key decisions and maintain accurate minutes and action registers
- Track agreed actions and follow up with responsible stakeholders
- Maintain organised corporate records, registers, resolutions, and governance documents
- Coordinate the circulation and secure storage of confidential meeting materials
- Support directors and senior management with governance-related administrative requirements
- Maintain annual calendars for recurring meetings and corporate activities
- Assist with reviewing and improving secretariat procedures and document controls
- Provide clear updates on outstanding governance actions and upcoming requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in corporate secretariat, governance support, corporate administration, board support, professional services, legal administration, or a related environment
- Strong organisation and document-management abilities
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to prepare clear and professional meeting documentation
- Confidence working with directors, managers, and senior stakeholders
- Ability to handle confidential business information appropriately
- Strong follow-up and deadline-management skills
- Previous management or senior governance support experience is advantageous
- Business, governance, administration, legal studies, or related qualifications are helpful, with relevant professional experience also considered

Pay: £60,000.00 per year
