We have an exciting new vacancy for a Maintenance assistant to join our team at The Royal Court. This stunning Grade II listed Country House hotel, boasting 211 rooms, is the largest hotel in Coventry. Duties will include:
- General maintenance tasks both inside and outside of the hotel such as painting, general carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing
- Using your own initiative with the ability to work alone whilst being considerate of the guests and other hotel staff
- Communicating effectively as required with both staff and guests.
- Deal with contractors and visitors accordingly.
- Ensuring the hotel is well maintained and compliant by completing various tasks as required
The successful candidate will have excellent DIY skills or be a trades person that can tackle various forms of maintenance work.
