We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organisational targets across various sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and follow-ups.
- Lead negotiations and close deals effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised proposals and presentations that meet client requirements.
- Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
- Prior experience in developing strategic partnerships or business development initiatives is advantageous. Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
