Responsibility:
- Perform maintenance and repair work on Aerial Work Platforms (AWP/EWP) and material handling equipment, both in field settings and workshop environments.
- Resolve warranty-related matters in a timely manner, and communicate any repair limitations in a clear, transparent and professional manner.
- Undertake site visits as required to provide technical support for AWP/EWP customers across the Midlands.
- Collect and submit targeted feedback on product enhancements and design modifications to drive continuous improvement of products and services.

Pay: £32,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
