We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (Operations) to join our passionate HR team on a temporary contract for up to 12 months to play a key role in delivering exceptional HR services across Demelza.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting managers through complex people matters, and is passionate about developing others. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll support operational HR delivery, oversee our HR Advisors, and ensure a consistent, people focused service across the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Leading and developing the HR Advisor team
- Managing complex employee relations cases and acting as an escalation point
- Coaching and training managers to build confidence and capability in people management
- Driving continuous improvement across HR processes and services
- Supporting organisational priorities and strategic HR initiatives
What we're looking for
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong employee relations expertise
- Experience coaching and influencing managers and delivering training
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- A commitment to delivering outstanding HR support and service excellence
- A unique opportunity to work alongside our HRBP Change Partner
Alongside this vacancy, we're also recruiting for an HR Business Partner (Change) role, on a temporary contract for up to 12 months.
While this position focuses on operational excellence and leadership of day-to-day HR delivery, the successful candidate will work closely and collegiately with the HRBP Change Partner to ensure seamless support across organisational change, employee relations, and strategic workforce initiatives. Together, these roles will form a strong partnership that helps drive positive outcomes across Demelza.
