Summary
We are seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering personalized care and support to our residents, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate support and assistance to residents with learning disabilities.
- Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Support residents in developing life skills and promoting independence.
- Follow indivdual service users care plans and risk assessments.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages personal growth.
- Maintain accurate records of resident progress and activities.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance care skills.
- Uphold the company's values of respect, dignity, and inclusion.
- Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or in a similar support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in health or social care are preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to residents' needs.

24hour contract
8am-8pm (2 days a week)
36 hour contract
8am-8pm (3 days a week)
Days are to be flexible and do inculde some weekends, rota is completed on a month by month basis.
