We are looking for a reliable HGV Class 2 Concrete & Screed Mixer Driver/Batcher to join our team.

The Role
As an HGV Class 2 Concrete Mixer Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of Ready-Mix Concrete/Screed to our construction sites and customers. You will ensure loads are delivered on time and in accordance with company and site requirements. You will also learn how to produce concrete/screed to the required specification.
Key responsibilities include:
- Safely operating an HGV Class 2 concrete mixer.
- Delivering ready-mix concrete/screed to construction sites and customers.
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
- Operating the mixer and associated equipment safely.
- Following delivery instructions and site health & safety procedures.
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately.
- Providing professional and courteous customer service.
- Working closely with the transport and operations teams.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in driving HGV Class 2 vehicles; concrete mixer experience is preferred.
- In possession of a valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Holds a valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Comfortable working on construction sites and in varying conditions.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, punctual and customer-focused.
- Physically fit enough to carry out the requirements of the role.
Concrete mixer experience is desirable, but full training may be available for the right candidate.
Hourly paid.
