PART-TIME SUPERVISOR – COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL CLEANING
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Supervisor to join our team. This role entails leading and working alongside your team to complete commercial and residential cleaning to a high standard. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for opening and securing premises as needed.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a working cleaning position, you will be required to undertake cleaning duties alongside your team.
Hours:
- Friday - Monday.
- Various Hours.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage cleaning staff across commercial and residential sites throughout the Norfolk area.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Manage inventory and distribution to ensure equipment is ready and delivered where needed.
- Conduct regular audits to uphold high cleaning standards.
- Liaise with customers and contractors to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Assist with training staff on the job.
- Responsible for securing premises as a Key Holder.
Requirements:
- Must be able to drive - this role involves travelling to various sites.
- Previous cleaning experience is essential.
- Experience in supervising cleaning teams is preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety is advantageous.
