Duties
- Perform general labour tasks including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.
- Operate basic machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving processes.
Skills
- Strong physical fitness and stamina to handle manual labour tasks.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a work environment.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Previous experience in construction or similar fields is advantageous but not essential.
