We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team at British Bridal Wholesale.
Based in Wakefield, British Bridal Wholesale is a family-owned British business with over 25 years of experience designing and supplying luxury wedding dresses to bridal boutiques across the UK and around the world. We pride ourselves on exceptional quality, outstanding customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our stockists.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly, ambitious team where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in driving sales, growing our brand presence and building relationships with bridal boutiques across the globe.
What You'll Be Doing
Sales & Business Development
- Build relationships with bridal boutique owners across the UK and internationally
- Contact prospective stockists by phone, email and video calls
- Follow up enquiries and convert leads into new accounts
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service
- Identify new sales opportunities and markets
- Support existing customers with product launches and new collections
- Keep our CRM up to date and manage customer communications
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
Marketing & Social Media
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
- Film behind-the-scenes content, showroom videos and collection launches
- Work with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that generate enquiries
- Monitor social media engagement and identify new content ideas
- Assist with photography, video editing and content scheduling
- Help strengthen our online presence and grow our global audience
Showroom & Events
- Welcome bridal boutique owners into our Wakefield showroom
- Support customer appointments and collection previews
- Prepare presentations and sales materials
- Represent British Bridal Wholesale at UK & International trade shows
Operations & Customer Experience
- Behind every beautiful bridal gown is a dedicated team ensuring every order leaves our showroom perfectly prepared. As part of our close-knit team, you'll also play an important role in the day-to-day operations that keep our business running smoothly.
- Preparing and carefully packing luxury wedding gowns ready for dispatch to bridal boutiques across the UK and internationally
- Ensuring every order is presented to the highest standard before shipment
- Assisting with the organisation and presentation of our showroom, warehouse and stock areas
- Carrying out regular stock checks and inventory management to maintain accuracy
- Receiving and processing deliveries of new collections and accessories
- Helping maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment that reflects our luxury brand
- Supporting the wider team wherever needed during busy periods to ensure an exceptional customer experience

- Confident, outgoing and naturally enjoys talking to people
- Enthusiastic about sales and motivated by achieving results
- Creative with a passion for social media and content creation
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, proactive and full of ideas
- Interested in fashion, luxury brands or the bridal industry (desirable but not essential)
