Caremark Worcester & Malvern Hills is looking for caring, reliable and compassionate people to join our team as Community Care Assistants on walking runs. This role involves walking between clients’ homes, usually around 5–15 minutes apart, to provide high-quality care and support.
We welcome applications from both experienced carers and people who are completely new to care. Full training will be provided.

- WR2 – Lower Wick, St Johns
- WR5 – Battenhall, Ronkswood
- WR3 - Claines, Northwick
About the Role
As a Community Care Assistant, you will support clients in their own homes and help them remain safe, independent and comfortable.
Your duties may include:
- Providing personal care
- Supporting with meals and drinks
- Medication support and prompts
- Companionship and social visits
- Helping with daily routines
- Supporting clients to live independently at home
You will support the same regular clients, allowing you to build positive, trusting relationships and become a valued part of their daily lives.
Hours Available
We offer full-time and part-time hours and can discuss availability based on your circumstances.
We are especially interested in applicants who can provide specific regular availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends or set days each week.

Important Information
This is a community-based walking role.
UK work authorisation is required.
