About the Role
We are seeking a personable and proactive Client Onboarding Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and provide key support to our existing sales team.
Your role is primarily to qualify leads, book high-quality sales appointments, and support the sales team to maintain strong close rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and follow up on inbound enquiries
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure high-converting sales appointments
- Book onboarding or sales calls and communicate next steps clearly
- Deliver a friendly, supportive, and professional first-touch experience
- Work closely with management and the sales team to refine lead quality and improve processes
- Confirm booked calls to minimise no-shows
- Maintain accurate notes on calls, lead status, and interactions
- Promote and sell gym memberships
- Focus on converting existing gym members into monthly SGPT packages
- Pass all new SGPT leads (not current members) directly to the sales team for high-ticket conversion
Compensation Structure Base Pay
- £15 per hour
- 2 hours of calls per day, Monday–Friday
Attendance Bonus
- £15 per qualified lead that attends their scheduled sales call
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Confident and comfortable calling leads and gym members
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting (preferred)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and positive in attitude
- Professional, supportive, and member-focused approach
