The Role
Peppermint are looking to expand their superstar team with an outgoing host team who are hard-working, fun-loving, enthusiastic and sociable who thrive when working as part of a team in a busy environment.
We’re looking for individuals who bring fun energy to the team and aren’t afraid of a little hard work. Our host team will not only be friendly, outgoing and confident, they will be well presented and well spoken. They will also have personal drive to approach individuals to maximise sales for Peppermint and bring in the crowds from Wind Street!
Your Responsibilities
- Presenting tables ready for bookings
- Taking payment from guests
- Presenting pre-paid packages with a smile
- Know the packages by memory
- Know the service level agreement by memory
- Know the venue well, remembering table numbers/names/areas
- Be confident and mentally resilient
- Work well within a team
- Be confident at upselling
