Little Victories is a coffee focused, plant filled cafe near the Harbourside in the Wapping Wharf area of Bristol. We've been around for around 10 years and seek to deliver exceptional coffee, with great service in a supportive working environment.
We are currently looking for a strong supervisor to join the team.
We are searching for someone who shares our approach to hospitality but will also bring their own passion, enthusiasm and hard work to the team. The ideal candidate would have held a previous supervisor position in a similar role, but we would consider someone with the right attributes over experience.
At Little Victories, we offer specialty espresso and pour over, as well as a selection of cakes and sandwiches. We believe in a casual, yet professional and attentive approach to service, where we really get to know our customers. We challenge ourselves to consistently deliver exceptional quality and service every time, whilst remaining a fun place to work.
We always try to work with the best and most up to date coffee equipment as possible. We currently work with a La Marzocco Strada 2 group, Av ABR, 3 x Mahlkonig GBW’s, Mahlkonig EK43 grinder, PuqPress, Hario Switch, Felicita temperature controlled Kettle.
What’s required:
· 4-5 shifts a week looking to average 35 hours a week.
· Strong interest in speciality coffee
· Barista experience in a high volume environment
· Professional & friendly approach to service
· A real people person with a genuine enjoyment of hospitality
· Ability to lead a team and the confidence stepping in to train/guide members of staff
· Weekend availability required with fair rotation, aiming to average 1 in every 3 weekends off.
· Desire to improve themselves, the team and the offering on a daily basis
We offer a rate of £14.15 an hour. Additional training and industry certifications will be offered. Coffee and lunch are offered free of charge when working.
