Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to oversee and manage contracts Documentation within our organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all contractual processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage contractual documentation using SharePoint, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Type out contractual letters to clients and suppliers through dictation.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and fitting labour.
- Maintain organised records of all contractual agreements, amendments, and correspondence for audit purposes.
- Maintain document registers and document all changes
Experience
- Experience within administration.
- Strong familiarity with emails and Microsoft package is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
