We are looking for a motivated, professional, and friendly Qualified Dental Nurse to join our established and welcoming dental practice in Wakefield. This is a rewarding mixed role combining chairside dental nursing with front-of-house reception duties, ideal for someone who enjoys both patient care and administrative responsibilities.
The Role:
You will provide high standards of clinical support during treatments while also ensuring a smooth and welcoming patient journey at reception. Duties include:
- Chairside assisting and maintaining infection control standards
- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
- Patient care and reassurance
- Managing appointments, calls, and front desk responsibilities
- Maintaining patient records and practice systems
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Current GDC registration
- Experience in both nursing and reception roles (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner
- The ability to work confidently as part of a close-knit team
- A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care
Hours:
3/4 days per hours per week, including one late evening per week and one Saturday per month (Saturday shifts paid at an enhanced rate).
