Responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing client accounts to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs
- Be able to work well in a small team environment.
- Have a keen interest in product development.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare sales presentations and place orders with accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Attend trade shows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer insights effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Organised approach to managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with Sage50 if possible.
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
