Atlantic Plumbing & Heating Ltd and Harrington Design & Build are seeking an exceptional Lead Bathroom & Wetroom Installer to join our growing team delivering high-end residential refurbishment projects across London.
This position is suited to an experienced tradesperson who takes genuine pride in their workmanship and is capable of managing complete bathroom and wetroom installations to an exceptionally high standard. We are looking for someone who understands that luxury projects demand meticulous attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality that exceeds client expectations.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading bathroom and wetroom installations from initial strip-out through to final completion, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship throughout.
The successful candidate will be competent in:
- Bathroom and wetroom plumbing installations
- First and second-fix plumbing works
- Construction of bespoke wetrooms and shower rooms
- Installation of waterproofing and tanking systems
- Installation of shower trays, linear drains and wetroom formers
- High-quality wall and floor tiling, including porcelain, large-format tiles and natural stone
- Wall-hung WC installations and concealed cistern systems
- Bathroom furniture and vanity unit installations
- Bespoke boxing, framing and associated carpentry works
- Installation of underfloor heating systems
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and design specifications
- Coordinating with other trades and maintaining programme deadlines
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional site environment
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in bathroom and wetroom installation
- Proven experience delivering luxury residential bathroom projects
- Excellent plumbing knowledge and installation skills
- Advanced wall and floor tiling abilities
- Experience with modern waterproofing and tanking systems
- Strong carpentry skills associated with bathroom construction
- Ability to work independently and lead projects on site
- Excellent attention to detail and finishing standards
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional and courteous manner with clients
Highly Desirable Experience
- Lux Elements, wedi, Marmox or similar systems
- Natural stone and book-matched installations
- Large-format porcelain tiling
- Underfloor heating systems
- Geberit, Toto and premium bathroom brands
- Bespoke joinery and cabinetry installations
- Experience working within occupied high-value residential properties
