We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator- Bard opetaror to join our manufacturing team. The role involves machine setup, monitoring production, quality checks, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Duties
- Operate a range of manufacturing machinery to twists, shape wire
- Set up machines according to production requirements
- Monitor production to ensure output meets quality standards
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies
- Adjust machine settings where required to maintain quality
- Carry out basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Repair machinery breakdowns where possible
- Report faults or issues to the supervisor or maintenance team
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
- Meet production targets and deadlines
Experience
- Previous experience operating industrial machinery or manufacturing environments
- Good attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to follow instructions and technical specifications
- Basic mechanical understanding
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Hands-on experience with hand tools
Shift: Sunday to Thursday 22.00pm-06.00am
