Job Overview
We are an established construction company specialising in the development and building of warehouses and commercial buildings. We are a small friendly team and are looking for a capable switched on person to join us in a varied research and administrative role.
Duties
You will be a key part of the team, carrying out research to support our construction projects, this includes researching materials, construction components and pricing relating to the building of commercial premises. You will be given clear guidance on what to research and the best places to source information but we are looking for someone who can then run with it, follow things through and keep accurate records of what they have found.
We are looking for good common sense and the ability to grasp new information quickly, with a confident and professional telephone manner. Strong organisational and record keeping skills with a pro-active approach and happy to follow things up and see them through.
Also a team player who will enjoy working in a small friendly office.
Construction experience is welcome but not essential
We offer a friendly supportive working environment, office based with some flexibility on hours, on site parking and a convenient location a short walk from Egham town centre and station.
Salary by negotiation, depending on experience.
Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
