We are seeking a small team of sensitive, dedicated carers to support a 12-year-old boy with complex needs. The role primarily involves providing overnight care, ensuring his comfort and safety, and helping him with his morning routine and school transport.
You will be part of a team working collaboratively to provide consistent, high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and attentive overnight care
- Support with personal care and comfort needs
- Monitor and respond to the child’s health and wellbeing overnight
- Assist with morning routines, including preparing for and transporting to school
- Maintain accurate care notes and communicate with parents and other team members
About You
We’re looking for carers who are:
- Empathetic, patient, and sensitive to the needs of children with complex conditions
- Experienced in complex needs care or willing to undertake full training
- Reliable and consistent, with good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Comfortable working night shifts and early mornings
- Hold a full, clean driving licence
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Relevant care experience or qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the UK
