We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and technically minded individual who is keen to develop their skills and build a career within the telecoms and technology industry.

· Excellent communication skills and telephone manner – comfortable speaking with customers both over the phone and in person.
· A BTEC or A Level qualification in IT, Computing or a related subject – providing a good foundation of technical knowledge.
· A genuine interest in technology – someone who enjoys technology, is naturally curious about how things work and keeps an interest in new products and developments.

The Type of Person We're Looking For
Qualifications and technical ability are important, but attitude and personality are equally important to us. We're looking for someone who is personable, reliable and eager to learn.
The right candidate doesn't need to know everything from day one. We want someone with a good foundation in IT and a genuine enthusiasm for technology who can develop their technical knowledge through training and hands on experience.
