Role Overview
Body Spraying: Perform body spraying tasks competently and within required timeframes, ensuring high-quality work.
Skill Development and Proficiency: Continuously develop skills in vehicle body spraying and stay proficient across all vehicle models.
Workplace Maintenance: Keep the paint mixing room clean, organised, and ensure a tidy workspace to maintain efficiency.
Vehicle Care and Safety: Handle vehicles with care to avoid damage and comply with health and safety practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Communication and Quality Assurance: Advise the Management Team of any additional work needed to meet company standards and maintain repair quality.
