Responsibilities

- Assist in meal planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory management to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Cook dishes efficiently during busy service hours while maintaining high standards of flavor and appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow and timely service delivery.
- Serve food in a professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to service protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or culinary setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent skills in meal preparation, food presentation, and kitchen organization.
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory for motivated learners.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
