Concert Promotions Assistant (Flyering Central London) – CityMusic Promotions
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals to join our team promoting our classical concerts at St Paul’s Church Covent Garden and St Giles-in-the-Fields.
This is a customer-facing role, engaging with visitors from around the world and helping to raise awareness of our concert series.
Role Details
- Regular Saturday shifts throughout most of the year (excluding August and December)
- Shift options:
- Morning: 9AM – 12PM
- Afternoon: 12PM – 3PM
- Evening: 3PM- 6PM (Shift pattern to be agreed monthly following an initial trial period)
- Extra flyering shifts will be available each month (typically the final Friday and/or Saturday each month)
- Potential for further involvement in concert operations for the right candidates
- Pay: £15 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Distributing flyers to visitors and tourists in Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square.
- Engaging with tourists in a friendly, approachable manner
- Promoting upcoming classical music concerts
- Representing the organisation professionally
Requirements
- Confident, outgoing, and personable
- Reliable and punctual
- Well-presented
- Previous customer facing or sales experience is advantageous
- An interest in classical music (knowledge is a bonus, but willingness to learn is essential

Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour
