Casson Fold Day Nursery offers care for children aged 0-5 years, 51 weeks a year.
We are looking for a dedicated, qualified nursery nurse to work within our nursery, who can help to deliver our values and vision and provide our children with the best experiences possible. You would be joining a professional and friendly team, where we would encourage you to continue to develop your knowledge and skills with opportunities for career progression.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to support children's development in all areas
- Observe and assess children's progress, and use this information to plan next steps
- Maintain accurate records and reports on children's development
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, including those relating to health and safety and child protection
Qualifications and experience:
- Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
