## Job Overview
We are a Small Nursery in the center of Leyland near big Tesco. We have a maximum capacity of 30 children per day, split into babies toddlers and preschool. We take children from 3 months to 5 years. We are seeking an enthusiastic apprentice nursery Practitioner to join our amazing team. We offer a generous overtime rate. The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, and have a passion for early years education, and be willing to sign up for an apprenticeship through our training provider. Our team is warm and welcoming, and our culture is professional and consistent in its approach. Our team are very supportive of each other and work very well together. You do not need any initial qualifications as this role is for an apprentice, and full training will be given.
## Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery following our well written curriculum
- Plan and implement activities to meet the individual needs of children
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children
- Manage the nursery's daily routines and activities
- Foster a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow

- Proficient in English
- Strong leadership skills to guide and support children effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
