The Opportunity

You’ll be the go-to expert for landlords and tenants, delivering a smooth, professional and proactive tenancy journey from start to finish. No micromanagement — just trust, autonomy, and the chance to make your mark.
What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Managing a dynamic portfolio of student and residential properties
✨ Conducting inspections and proactively organising maintenance
✨ Resolving tenant queries quickly and professionally
✨ Keeping landlords fully informed and confident in your management
✨ Ensuring full compliance with UK lettings legislation
✨ Handling rent reviews, and check-in/check-out processes
✨ Building strong, long-term client relationships
What We’re Looking For
✔ 1 years UK residential property management experience preferred
✔ Solid understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance
✔ Confident communicator who can build trust easily
✔ Highly organised and solution-focused
✔ Comfortable using property management software
✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to take ownership
