ABOUT THE ROLE – DELICATESSEN PACKER OPPORTUNITY
At Lina Stores, we believe in Hospitality at Heart, and as a Delicatessen Packer, you will play a key role in upholding our values of Generosity, Empathy, and Community. You will be responsible for precisely portioning, measuring, and packing our products. Your role will involve operating equipment efficiently, using knives, vacuum-packing, slicing cured meats like prosciutto and salami, cutting and weighing cheeses, and carefully picking and packing orders from our wine and dry goods warehouse.
You will champion Heritage, Authenticity, and Quality, ensuring that every product meets our high standards. With Opportunity at the forefront, you will receive ongoing training and development to further enhance your skills in food preparation, packaging, and stock management.
IDEAL CANDIDATE – WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Focused, proactive, and highly detail-oriented individual.
- Strong communication skills with a good level of English.
- Naturally organized, efficient, and eager to learn new skills.
- Experience working in food preparation or packing roles is a plus.
- Flexible with availability, punctual, and respectful.
- Passionate about quality and upholding high standards in every aspect of work.
