Respectful Care is Recruiting (Highest Pay in the Area) – Guaranteed Contractual Hours (Permanent Roles)
Pay: £15.00–£16.00 per hour (progression built in) + 35p per mile
Contract: Permanent | Guaranteed contracted hours available (also bank/zero-hours options) | Full-time & Part-time

What you’ll earn (progression pay)
- £16.00 PH + 35p per mile – Band 3 (Coaching and Development Team)
- £15.50 PH + 35p per mile – Band 2 (after a six-month probationary period has passed)
- £15.00 PH + 35p per mile – Band 1 (first six months of employment)

What you’ll be doing
- Personal care and daily living support
- Companionship and helping people stay independent at home
- Recording notes and following care plans
- Supporting with basic health observations (training provided)
What we need from you
- A genuinely caring, dependable attitude
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Full UK driving licence + access to a car
