Assistant Manager
At The Mutton at Hazeley Heath, we're passionate about great food, warm hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager who shares those values and is ready to support, inspire and lead our front of house team. Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, you'll help lead the day to day operation of the restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences while motivating and developing the team.
What we're looking for as an Assistant Manager
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
- A hands on leader who leads by example.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The confidence to lead busy shifts and make decisions under pressure.
- A positive attitude with a passion for coaching and developing others.
What you'll be doing as an Assistant Manager
- Supporting the day to day running of the restaurant.
- Leading shifts and ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Coaching and motivating the front of house team.
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally.
- Supporting events, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintaining high operational standards and leading by example.
