The successful candidate would be expected to work as part of a team that serve alcoholic and
non-alcoholic beverages in a fun but lively environment.
Full training will be given so that you will learn to carry out cellar work
including changing barrels, gas and other products when required. Re-stocking, including stock
rotation will be required, and cleaning and general housekeeping around the bars and servery are
given a high priority. We would expect that candidates will help build business through excellent
interaction with customers, gaining product knowledge so that when asked we can give qualified
answers, great team working and giving the best customer experience possible.
Hourly rate will be based around knowledge, experience and skills, and is reveiwed frequently.
