Are you an experienced logistics professional who enjoys leading from the front? We're looking for a Distribution Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our warehouse and transport operations at our Campsie facility.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll manage warehouse and transport teams, playing a key role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service through safe, efficient and reliable distribution.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and coordinating daily warehouse and transport activities.
- Planning delivery routes and maximising fleet utilisation.
- Managing HGV fleet maintenance, compliance and vehicle availability.
- Monitoring driver performance, telematics and transport KPIs.
- Supporting warehouse operations, including forklift duties where required.
- Championing health & safety and driving continuous improvement.
- Coaching, developing and motivating your team to achieve operational excellence.
What we're looking for:
- At least 3 years' supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or transport.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations.
- A valid forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Good IT skills and understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
