We’re looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable Barista / Front of House Server to join our busy café team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Preparing high-quality coffees and specialty drinks
● Producing consistent latte art to a high standard
● Serving food and drinks to customers
● Taking customer orders accurately using the till
● Delivering excellent customer service
● Opening and closing the café, including all daily opening and closing duties
● Cleaning tables, equipment, coffee machines and work areas
● Washing dishes and maintaining a clean and organised workspace
● Restocking food, drinks and supplies
● Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
● Working efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch services
● Supporting the team wherever needed
Requirements:
● Previous experience working as a barista in a busy café
● Confident producing latte art (essential)
● Excellent customer service and communication skills
● Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure
● Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
● Must be available to work every weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
