Mjölk (meaning 'Milk' in Swedish) was born in 2020, with the goal of bringing a little Scandinavian culture to the heart of Bath. We have an onsite bakery that supplies the café with artisan pastries and a wide range of Scandinavian food & treats.

About the terms of employment
We are looking for a member of staff with complete weekday and weekend availability. Shifts range from 7am until 8pm. Main duties include: Ensuring café is presentable at all times; ensure a smooth operation of service by following SOPS; food preparation; drink preparation; serving guests and always presenting yourself in a friendly approachable manner.
A detailed job role will be provided.
The positions must be filled as soon as possible, so interviews and employment take place on an ongoing basis.
The employment starts with a probationary period of six months.
