We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in barbering techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, tools, and equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate effectively with clients in English to ensure clarity in service delivery.
- Promote additional services or products that may benefit clients.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in barbering techniques, hair styling, and grooming practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in barbering are advantageous but not mandatory.
