About the Role
Northwood are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Negotiator for our busy Worthing office.
Ideally you will have industry experience in either Lettings or Sales. However, candidates with customer service experience in other industries, who have a “can do” proactive attitude, will also be considered.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organisational skills, and is confident operating in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for managing tenant enquiries, arranging viewings, supporting the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in and property inspections.

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, or a customer-facing role ideal but not essential
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Confident using IT systems
Full UK driving licence & access to a car
What We Offer
Basic Salary of £26000 to £36000 depending on experience
Plus Commission giving an OTE of £30000 to £40000
