We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Stylist / Colour Technician to join our dynamic and educated team on an employed basis.

The ideal candidate must have strong cutting skills and a good colour knowledge, you must have excellent communication skills, exceptional customer service, and a flair for creating personalised looks that enhance our clients’ confidence and style.
The right candidate must have a commitment to ongoing professional development and delivering an exceptional client experiences is essential.
With on going training available for the right candidate, we can provide further education and courses to become a colour or cutting specialist and be the top of your game with the highest education.
Duties
- Perform a wide range of hair dressing services including colouring, cutting, and finishing to meet clients’ individual needs.
- Provide specialised colour services, including balayage, classic highlights, and colour correction.
- Hair Extensions courses available for the right candidate showing ongoing flair and dedication.
- Manage store operations effectively, including front desk duties, appointment scheduling, and maintaining a welcoming environment and keeping the salon clean and tidy to a high standard..
- Mentor our up and coming graduates, sharing expertise in technical skills, theory and customer service excellence.
- Upsell products and services to optimise client experience and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon at all times.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and industry best practices through continuous professional development.
Skills
- Proven experience as a stylist/ colourist with expertise in colouring techniques and hair cutting - trade test will be needed.
- Barbering and short skills hair are needed.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and rebook and return.
- Experience in front desk management including appointment booking and client enquiries.
- Mentoring capabilities to support the growth of junior staff members and graduates.
- Effective upselling services and combined with excellent communication skills to promote products and aftercare confidently to clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a professional attitude.
