Bar & Front of House
The Bricklayers Arms, Copthorne, Shrewsbury
We’re looking for an experienced bar and front of house team member to join our crew at The Bricklayers Arms. We’re a proper pub with heart, known for great beer, quality food and friendly service that makes people want to stay for another round.
It’s a hands-on role where you’ll do a bit of everything from pouring pints and running food to chatting with guests and keeping the place looking its best.
What we’re after
- Proven bar and service experience (essential)
- Confident serving drinks, taking orders and running food
- A team player who takes pride in high standards
- Friendly, reliable and genuinely enjoys people
- Someone who cares about quality from the pour to the plate
What you’ll be doing
- Serving great beer, proper drinks and good company
- Running food and checking in with guests
- Keeping the bar and front of house looking spot on
- Supporting the team during busy shifts
Part time position
£10–£13 per hour depending on experience
Weekend availability essential
