As we continue to expand our provision, we are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Deputy Nursery Manager to support the leadership of one of our vibrant settings and contribute meaningfully to our mission of excellence in early years care and education.
The Opportunity
This is an ideal role for a highly experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step into nursery leadership. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth running of the setting, lead by example, and support the development of both staff and children.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Lead and mentor staff, modelling best practice and supporting professional development
- Ensure the consistent implementation of the Nannie Annies curriculum and ethos
- Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and hygiene
- Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, providing updates and support
- Contribute to planning, assessment, and child development reporting
- Assist with administrative duties including scheduling, compliance, and team coordination
- Stay informed of industry developments and regulatory updates
What You Bring
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable)
- Proven experience in an early years setting with leadership responsibilities
- Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy
- A nurturing, emotionally intelligent, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to reflective practice and continuous improvement
