Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the operations of Bowland Beer Hall in Clitheroe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Bowland Beer Hall.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, optimise operational efficiency, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance by controlling costs, analysing sales data, and preparing reports for senior management.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the venue’s brand values and promotes repeat business.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to uphold the venue’s reputation for excellent service.
- Organise special events and promotions to attract new visitors and retain existing clientele.
Experience
- Proven management experience within the hospitality or leisure industry, preferably in a similar venue setting.
- Strong understanding of guest services principles with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality venues.

Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year
