This is an opportunity for someone with Education Catering experience to work in a fantastic company with dedication to serving exceptional food to our amazing students!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Cook to run the kitchen, serving great meals using fresh ingredients at our lovely school in Weldon C Of E Primary School, Chapel Road, Weldon, Corby NN17 3HP. This is a fabulous role with a great existing team and wonderful clients.
You will be supported with a company that gives training on all aspects of the role and invest in your growth!
Key duties in this role include:
- Cooking for students and teaching staff

Skills:
- Proven supervising experience in a food production or catering environment
- Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Excellent team management abilities to motivate and lead kitchen staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations within hospitality or school settings
- Hands-on kitchen experience with a focus on quality food presentation and service
- Ability to organize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

You will be working 20 hours per week, 09:30am to 13:30pm. Monday to Friday, term time only (38 weeks) - so all of the school holidays off!

Pay: £12.81 per hour
